We’ll also provide tips for how you can reduce your home’s score to cut back on your energy usage.
Sewer Scope Inspections
Getting the property’s sewer line inspected is a great way to avoid costly headaches in the future. With this service, we’ll conduct a sewer scope inspection to look for blockages, pipe separation, tree roots, and other issues that may require a sewer line repair or replacement.
Light Commercial Inspections
Be sure to turn to a professional inspector before you invest in a light commercial building. We inspect storefronts, buildings in strip malls, and other small commercial buildings. Your report will include details about every critical part of the building, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
This inspection service is helpful for landlords who want to invest in a multi-unit residential property with up to 4 units. Property inspections are also utilized on a regular basis to ensure that the multi-unit property in question is still in good shape. We will use the same residential inspection standards listed above for the Buyer’s Home Inspection.
Radon is a naturally-occurring, but potentially dangerous, substance that can cause lung cancer. Shockingly, at least 1 out of every 15 homes in the U.S. has high levels of radon. Since you can’t see, taste, hear, or smell the presence of radon, it’s critical to get your new property tested.
If walking the roof is not permitted or advisable, we will employ a remote-controlled aerial drone equipped with a camera to perform a detailed inspection of the roof. The drone will also be used to take high-resolution photographs of the roof’s condition. An analysis of the data gathered will be presented in your report.
